Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Voluntary Cancellations (By Customer)

In the event a customer wishes to cancel a booking for any reason:

• A written cancellation request must be submitted to the company

   

• Cancellation is subject to review and not automatically guaranteed

   

• All token/booking amounts are non-refundable once paid, unless specifically stated otherwise in the booking document

   

If refund is approved at management discretion:

• Up to 15% of the booking amount may be deducted as administrative, legal, and processing charges

   

• Refund, if sanctioned, will be processed within 60 business days

   

2. Non-Payment or Breach by Buyer

Failure to pay scheduled installments, non-submission of documents, or breach of agreement terms may result in:

• Cancellation of booking without notice

   

• Forfeiture of all amounts paid up to the date of default

   

• Reallocation of the unit to another buyer at the company’s discretion

   

3. Project-Level Changes or Cancellation (By Company)

In case of government-mandated halt, force majeure, or strategic decision to withdraw a project:

• 100% booking amount will be refunded to affected customers

   

• No interest, penalties, or damages shall be entertained

   

• Refunds will be made via bank transfer within a reasonable processing window (up to 90 business days)

   

4. Discretionary Authority

All refunds, deductions, and timelines are subject to sole discretion of Trivuban Spaces Pvt. Ltd. The decision of the management team shall be final and binding in all cases.
